4. Donations

Donations made through the Site support ICHE's programs as described on our Donate page. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Tax-deductibility, where applicable, depends on your country of residence — see the Tax Information section of our Donate page and consult your own tax advisor.

5. Program Applications and Submissions

Any information you submit through our Programs, Get Involved, or Contact forms must be accurate and truthful. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any award, fellowship, or program — all programs are subject to ICHE's eligibility criteria and selection process.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by ICHE. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
